I love knowing that animal print never goes out of style. Especially leopard print. Again, this season you are seeing it everywhere. From bags to shoes to shirts and skirts. Just having one piece of animal print with your outfit makes it look fabulous. Try a bag to spice up a black ensemble or maybe a scarf for that extra “wow”. Any way you wear it, it looks great and it’s always trendy. Here are some of my favorites this season…

Clogs are back ladies. I don’t mean the Dansko clog. I mean high fashion clogs. Wooden heels and beautiful detail. I remember my first pair of clogs, I got them in the 4th grade. I was so excited, I remember my mom and I driving around the state looking for the perfect pair. Haven’t bought any since, but you can bet I will be picking up a pair this season. Got my eye on the Tory Burch “Brayden”. Here are some other great picks.

Fall Preview

I’m getting emails in every direction with all the latest fall fashions. You know, the “Fall Preview”. New jeans, long knit sweaters, boots and just everything that screams warm and cozy. I have some staple pieces that I will use again from years past, like my Tory Burch booties and my Reva flats, but I will invest in a fabulous new knit sweater and maybe some skinny jeans that I will wear with a new pair of boots. Tall boots are a must in fall and winter. Last year I invested in a pair of leather boots, riding type. This year I’ll pick up a pair with a higher heel. Here is a preview of some fabulous Fall clothes and accessories…and remember, the prices may be high, but these are just examples. You can find all of these to fit any budget. Need help with that, email me!

That’s why you need to check out Nordstorm’s Anniversary Sale! I guarantee you will find more than one pair of shoes to take home. I just purchased two great pairs and saved $164.15. Lacoste!!!!!

The name Lacoste is synonymous with classic preppy style. For over 70 years, Lacoste has created timeless, high quality designs that have stood true to it’s roots of relaxed elegance. You have to have been living in a cave to not own something with the little green alligator on it. I remember my first lacoste shirt, kelly green. Now Lacoste has much more than shirts. Christophe lamaire has been the Artistic Director at Lacoste since 2000. His designs for men and woman have freshened up the preppy feel of the brand by using fabulous colors and patterns. His designs include pants, sweaters and jackets to name just a few. Lacoste has an extensive amount of accessories. From watches to belts to sunglasses. They also have super fabulous sneakers. Updated kicks for men and woman. The 2010 ZHANDRA MoR is awesome!! A mix of a sprint and a yoga shoe. It is collapsible and features zig-zag edges on the leather trim that was inspired by golf gloves. It also features a colourful patterned sole to provide this elegant but practical shoe with its fun side. They also have great men’s sneakers such as the IMATRA. Navy blue and orange, laid back and classic. Oh, and did I forget to mention, we are giving away THREE of each style. You have 6 chances to win!! Head over to our giveaway page and sign up now!!
The Summer Headscarf

A scarf in the Summer is always a chic accessory. I don’t mean one around your neck (although that looks great too!), I mean one around your head. Jackie O made it so popular and it never lost it’s touch. You don’t have to be driving in a convertible to be wearing one either. How about putting one on for the beach or pool. Maybe putting one on for fun girls night out. All the celebrities are wearing them, updating the style by wearing it just around the front of their heads. I love it both ways. The great part is you can pick from hundreds of patterns and even favorite designers. Here are some great head scarves for you….
ASOS Paisley Silk Head Scarf $18 (asos.com)
Unisex Sheer Jersey Scarf $15 (americanapparel.com)
Paisley Printed head scarf $98 (freepeople.com)
Eugenia Kim Gigi Head Scarf $69 (barneysnewyork.com)
Pierre Le-tan Floral Ponytail Scarf $38 (coach.com)
