Going Bananas For Brighton

I’m pretty sure I got my fashion sense from my mom. She was always dressed to the T. She loved well made clothing and fabulous designers. She loved all kinds of clothing, from formal wear to hiking garb to everyday apparel. One thing I will always remember is that she always wore accessories. Always. The best accessories. Belts, earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces. Oh and lancome lipstick in ‘Champagne’. She loved fashion. I love her for that. (miss you mom). Anyway, one of her favorite brands was Brighton. They make everything, from bags to belts to jewelry to eyewear and shoes. They are a fabulous company and everything is top of the line. I, however, never really got into Brighton. To me, if my mom was wearing it, it was probably to “old” for me to put on. Although, she did have a few Brighton bags that were really cute. The point you say, well the point is, I stopped inside a Brighton store today with a friend of mine. She was picking up a piece of jewelry for a Christmas present. That’s when I saw them. The cutest charm bracelets ever. Beads, charms, bling all the goodies to put together a fabulous, meaningful charm bracelet. This stuff was so cute, I couldn’t stop looking through it. This is a really unique gift to give someone you love. You don’t buy all the beads and charms at once. They can be given on special occasions. The bead were so beautiful and the charms were magical. I can’t wait to start my own. Oh, and they had some fabulous leopard print bags, and to think I thought it was all for “older” women. Shame on me. Here are some of the goodies that I saw today…
